About this Unique role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Actrol branch in Vermont (VIC) as a Retail Assistant, with the potential to being appointed into a leadership role with accelerated training consisting of tailored programs and initiatives (I.e., shadow training at multiple metro sites with senior leaders, expediting Reece specific systems training). The successful candidate will initially be offered a very competitive hourly rate (significantly higher than the standard rate) with a pathway and eligibility to the Reece Profit Share program once in the leadership role. Retail Assistants are known as a Trade Counter Assistant at Actrol and as part of the team in Vermont, you will perform a wide variety of jobs day to day including delivering products to our essential service customers, picking & packing orders and providing exceptional service when serving our customers on the trade counter. So no two days are the same!
