Your Responsibilities: 1 Strategic Vendor Management Serve as the primary liaison for all Claims TPAs, building strong, collaborative partnerships. Lead contract negotiations and establish robust service level agreements. Manage and enhance TPA relationships, ensuring alignment with Chubb’s goals. Deliver training and support to internal teams on claims outsourcing processes. Ensure strict adherence to Chubb’s TPA framework and compliance standards. 2 Claims Process Enhancement Oversee outsourced claims operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement innovative strategies to streamline and digitize claims processes. Champion operational efficiency and cost-effective solutions. 3 Performance Monitoring & Data-Driven Reporting Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators for TPAs. Leverage claims data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports on TPA performance and claims trends. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Audit, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to drive focus and results. 4 Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance Conduct thorough due diligence for onboarding TPAs. Ensure TPAs maintain robust policies, procedures, and systems for regulatory compliance and best practice claims handling. Facilitate regular reviews and audits to uphold Chubb’s quality standards and regulatory obligations. Qualifications What you’ll bring to the role Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field are highly regarded, but not essential. - Demonstrated ability to see projects through to completion—whether through formal education or professional experience—will be highly valued. Knowledge of claims regulatory frameworks (including GICOP, CPS230, Corporations Act). Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and third-party relationship management. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for leveraging data and technology. Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, data analytics platforms). Demonstrated project management skills and experience driving process digitization. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Insurance business acumen and a keen eye for operational data.
