Position Details Position Title: Disability Support Worker Employment type: Casual Work location: Scope Ballarat Social Connections Availability to work between the hours of 9am to 3pm from Monday to Friday on a casual basis About You Ability to support participants with daily living activities while ensuring safe and confident engagement within the community. A collaborative team member who contributes to Scope’s Day Program by supporting access, inclusion, and participation for adults with disabilities. Experience supporting clients to achieve their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person‑centred approach, including activities such as sports and games, art and crafts, and community outings. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and external service providers.
