Drive sales targets, manage staff performance, and coordinate rostered breaks. Supervise RSA requirements and champion a strong compliance and safety culture. Act as the main point of contact for staff and customers, resolving issues efficiently as they arise. Act as the primary 'go-to' person on shift, ensuring seamless service and a high-performance culture. Skills And Experiences About You Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy hospitality or retail environment. Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. Current Food Safety Supervisor and RMLV certifications (highly desired). Current Driver’s Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team under pressure.
