Multiple Permanent Roles available Henderson, WA / possibility for other WA locations An industry-leading multidisciplinary construction, heavy engineering, fabrication and maintenance services provider is seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis. This role supports large-scale fabrication, construction and assembly operations within a high-performance environment. Experience within Defence, shipbuilding or complex engineering projects is highly regarded - however, not essential. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HSE support across construction, fabrication and heavy engineering work fronts Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments Support the implementation and continual improvement of HSEQ systems and procedures Champion safety culture through toolbox talks, coaching and workforce engagement Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and internal standards Partner with project and operational leaders to drive proactive safety outcomes Assist with reporting, corrective actions, trend analysis and improvement initiatives About You Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE within construction, heavy engineering, resources, manufacturing or a similar environment Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and practical risk management Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build rapport across project teams Relevant HSE qualifications (minimum Cert IV) Defence-related or high-compliance industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory Able to work in a fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent activities What's On Offer Permanent position Work on major Western Australian projects with national exposure Strong pipeline of opportunities and long-term career prospects Supportive, team-driven culture within a large, established organisation If you're an HSE professional looking to step into a major construction and engineering environment with strong career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
