Registered Nurse - Aged Care | Casual | $60-$80/hr | Inner Melbourne & Surrounding Areas Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in Emergency? We're currently seeking casual RNs to join our supportive teams across the Greater Melbourne area Shifts Available: Morning (AM) Afternoon (PM) Night Duty Pay Rate: $60 - $80 per hour (based on experience and shift type) Key Responsibilities: Triage and Assessment Quickly assess patients upon arrival to determine the severity of their condition and prioritize care based on urgency. Emergency Care Provide immediate interventions such as administering medications, performing CPR, wound care, and stabilizing patients before further treatment. Monitoring and Documentation Continuously monitor vital signs and patient status, and accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Collaboration with Healthcare Team Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care in high-pressure situations. Patient and Family Communication Explain procedures, provide emotional support, and keep families informed about the patient's condition and treatment plan.
