Corporate Barista $65,000-$72,000 Super | Sydney CBD | Monday - Friday Only JRM is recruiting experienced baristas to join large-scale, premium café operation in Sydney CBD producing 100kg of coffee per week across a five-day operation, alongside a significant ready-to-go and fresh food offering. This is a sophisticated, fast-moving venue designed to operate at scale - ideal for baristas who have built their careers in serious specialty environments and are now seeking a stable, long-term, weekday role without sacrificing pace or standards. About the Role You'll work as part of a well-resourced café team delivering consistently high-quality coffee and service in a demanding, professional setting. ● Produce high-quality specialty coffee at pace in a large-scale operation ● Support service across a substantial takeaway and fresh food offering ● Work collaboratively within a structured team environment ● Maintain high standards of workflow, cleanliness, presentation, and service ● Monday to Friday roster, generally between 6:30am and 5:00pm - no weekends What We're Looking For This role is suited to baristas who have already proven themselves in very busy cafés. ● Demonstrated experience in specialty cafés producing at least 15kg per day, ideally 20kg per day ● Strong service fundamentals and consistency under pressure ● Confident working as part of a multi-barista team during peak trade ● Professional presentation, communication, and attention to detail ● Full Australian working rights If your background is primarily low-volume or single-operator cafés, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
