Scalabrini is looking for an experienced Injury & Return to Work (RTW) Manager to join our dynamic People, Learning & Culture team. If you're passionate about injury management, supporting employees' safe return to work, and maintaining a healthy, compliant workplace, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact!About the Role:As the Injury & RTW Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring injured workers return to work safely and promptly by implementing and managing effective injury management and return-to-work programs. You’ll also coordinate workers' compensation claims and collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate workplace adjustments.Key Responsibilities: Triage incidents and injuries, supporting both employees and managers. Develop and implement return-to-work plans and ensure compliance with legislation. Provide ongoing case management and track injury management progress. Collaborate with medical professionals, insurers, and managers to ensure smooth transitions. Deliver training to staff and managers on injury management processes. Contribute to a positive, cooperative team culture based on Scalabrini’s values. What you'll bring to the roleEssential: Qualifications in occupational health, case management experience, solid understanding of injury management processes, and strong communication skills. Ideally experience in an allied health or health related role Desirable: Experience in the health or aged care sector or working with complex claims. A passion for helping people return to work safely while fostering a supportive and compliant environment.
