P ro vide high-level administrative and customer service support in line with procedures Assist with new client intakes, eligibility checks, and referral processing Assist with accounts tasks including invoicing, payments, and follow-ups Coordinate service delivery, including maintenance requests, contractors, and rostering Deliver professional customer service via face-to-face, phone, and electronic channels What We’re Looking For Experience delivering high-level administration and customer service support Current C Class driver’s licence and willingness to drive Basic accounting skills including invoicing and petty cash Ability to prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations Strong customer service and communication skills at all levels Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
