About the role We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator to join the growing team on a permanent, Full-Time basis. Our Real Estate Administrators are the first people our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the team in building relationships with clients. Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including: Delivering high-level administrative and operational support to the branch, enabling the sales and property management teams to operate efficiently and build strong, professional client relationships. Preparing, coordinating, and managing real estate documentation, including marketing materials, advertising, contracts, and providing administrative support across sales and property management functions. Assisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, contracts and providing property management assistance Maintaining accurate financial and trust account processes, including receipting funds, processing trust transfers, reconciling accounts, and assisting with debt management and arrears follow-up Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities Supporting branch growth and community engagement by coordinating and assisting with promotional activities, local events, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and client connections About you To succeed at Elders, you: Have a sound knowledge of, and an interest in, the real estate industry Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
