Your Team Corporate Core is the team that provides technology support, project leadership, problem management and strategic technical development for the Corporate Core Applications. This dynamic role reports indirectly to the Director of Corporate Platforms. Your Responsibilities Embed automation that supports control design, operating effectiveness and evidence capture in line with the CFS Controls Management Standard. Partner with Risk, Technology and Business Owners to integrate automated controls directly into operational processes to uplift first‑line capability and reduce manual effort. Support the operationalisation and ongoing management of CPS 230 requirements across critical operations and Material Service Providers. Lead the automation of CSA activities, including scheduling, evidence collection, remediation tracking and assessment workflows. Improve the maturity of first‑line accountability by embedding automated controls into day‑to‑day processes and reducing reliance on manual attestations Uplift and automate the end‑to‑end service provider processes including due‑diligence questionnaires, performance monitoring, operational risk assessments, and review checklists. Partner with Supplier Governance and Corporate Platforms to ensure assessments, remediation activities and performance outcomes are captured consistently and reported accurately. Use data and automation insights to proactively identify control gaps, inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities. Produce clear, accurate and timely reporting for governance forums, audits and senior leadership across Service Management, Risk, and Supplier Governance. Collaborate across teams to mature CFS’s digital process capability and drive ongoing simplification and standardisation. Your Capability and Experience Proven experience working with third‑party and fourth‑party risk processes including due‑diligence assessments, performance reporting, remediation tracking and supplier lifecycle management. Strong hands‑on experience with workflow and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or equivalent enterprise tooling). Experience uplifting first‑line processes, controls and reporting within a complex, regulated financial services environment. Solid understanding of IT Service Management practices, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and the integration between operational processes, controls and risk. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across Corporate Platforms, Risk, Technology, Supplier Governance and external service providers.
