Casotimbri , located in Mascot NSW 2020 , is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Trade Waiter to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional table service to customers, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and procedures. Set up, clear and maintain dining areas, tables and service stations. Assist with menu presentation and provide information on food and beverage offerings. Handle customer payments and operate point-of-sale systems. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area at all times. About You (ANZSCO Requirements): Minimum one year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter. Demonstrated skills in food and beverage service within a commercial hospitality environment. Good understanding of customer service principles and service etiquette. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, well-presented and committed to delivering high-quality service. Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 AUD per annum
