Averaging 10-20 calls daily. Manage a growing portfolio, increasing by a further 450 lots by March. Modern platforms and apps -No mobile or email address provided to clients or public. Skills & Experience you will have; Strata experience preferred, but candidates from Property Management, Facilities Management or Building Management are encouraged to apply A genuine interest in Strata with a proactive, can-do mindset Willingness to learn, develop, and grow long-term Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and confidently run AGMs (training provided) Outstanding communication skills and customer first approach.
