Your responsibilities: Prep, cook, and plate dishes with flair, consistency, and top-notch quality. Support menu innovation with modern twists while keeping the classics perfect. Keep service speedy and smooth — even when the ticket machine is spitting fire. Manage stock, portion sizes, and reduce wastage like a kitchen ninja. Train, mentor, and inspire junior staff (sharing your kitchen wisdom is part of the gig). Uphold food safety and compliance — sparkling clean kitchen = happy customers. Collaborate with FOH to deliver seamless service and five-star guest experiences.
