There is an immediate need within the team at this mid-sized Melbourne-based architectural practice with a strong portfolio of Education, Public, Civic, Defence and Data Centre projects. Their work is technically rigorous, design-led, and delivered in close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Graduate or mid-level Architect with strong Revit skills and end-to-end project experience, from concept design through to construction and completion. The Role You will be involved across all project stages, contributing to both design and technical delivery. This role suits someone who is confident working on complex projects, enjoys problem-solving, and has experience engaging directly with builders and consultants, including on-site. Key Responsibilities Concept design, design development, and detailed documentation using Revit Coordination of consultant documentation and technical information Preparation of planning, design, and construction packages Active involvement during construction, including on-site inspections, responding to RFIs, and coordination with builders Supporting contract administration and delivery outcomes Working collaboratively within project teams across multiple project types About You Degree or Master’s qualification in Architecture Strong Revit proficiency is essential Minimum 3 years’ professional experience (graduate) or 4–7 years (architect) Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept to completion Experience working on Education, Commercial, Social Housing, Public, Civic, Defence, or Data Centre projects On-site delivery experience and confidence dealing directly with builders Sound knowledge of Australian construction methods, standards, and NCC Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach Desirable (but not essential) DCAC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain) Experience working within Defence or secure project environments Contract administration experience If you are a capable all-rounder with strong Revit skills, delivery experience, and an interest in technically challenging projects, we would love to hear from you, so please Apply Now.
