Reporting to the Director of Treasury, this role ensures strong governance across Treasury and drives continuous improvement of processes, systems, and workflows. You will provide timely and accurate delivery of obligations under the Finance and JV agreements. This role is ideal for a candidate who has strong commercial and financial acumen with proven experience in treasury, finance agreements, and banking operations. Key responsibilities: Manage Finance and JV Agreements, including deliverables, drawdowns, repayments, and compliance with undertakings. Support negotiation of new Finance Agreements and maintain records of loan facilities, banking, investments, guarantees, and security. Prepare reporting for the Board and AARC on financial undertakings and performance. Oversee authorised officers, bank account signatories, and Treasury processes to ensure strong governance. Manage banking operations, including accounts, BPay facilities, and system interfaces, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Conduct credit analysis to assess counterparty risk on major projects. Skills And Experiences About you You will bring: Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Proven treasury experience and a successful track record in a comparable role. Knowledge of funding structures and security registers is advantageous. Advanced Excel and strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Strong decision-making, organisational, and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and high workloads. A continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to enhancing processes and procedures. Experience in community housing, government, not-for-profit or regulated sectors is highly regarded. You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
