This is an exciting opportunity to step into an Assistant Centre Leader role at our busy Melbourne CBD dental centre , operating 7 dental chairs . In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll support the Centre Leader while remaining hands-on across chairside assisting, reception, and/or sterilisation . You’ll gain valuable exposure to centre operations and people leadership, making this an ideal role for an experienced Dental Assistant looking to progress into leadership within a large, well-supported centre. What you’ll be doing Working closely with the Centre Leader, you’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of a high-traffic, multi-chair centre by: Supporting daily operations and patient flow in a busy 7-chair practice Leading by example and supporting, training and motivating the Dental Assistant team Assisting with rostering, stock control, ordering and daily reconciliations Helping deliver a consistently warm, professional patient experience Maintaining high standards of clinical compliance and safety Stepping in across chairside, reception and sterilisation as required This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same and your development is actively supported.
