Robert Half are currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in the City, who are seeking multiple experienced HR Business Partners to support a key project on an initial 3-month temporary basis. These are hands-on, project-focused roles suited to candidates who have strong experience working within a consulting or advisory environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR advice Supporting a range of consulting-style project work, including change initiatives, workforce planning and process improvements Managing employee relations matters such as performance management, investigations and grievances Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice Working closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions Supporting HR reporting and insights related to project outcomes About you: Proven experience in a HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role Previous experience working within a consulting, advisory or professional services environment Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and hit the ground running Experience supporting project-based or change-focused work will be highly regarded This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HR professionals who enjoy consulting-style work and are looking for short-term assignments where they can make an immediate impact.
