About the role: This 1 year paid traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience by: Providing day-to-day administration support, including reception duties, customer-facing interactions, phone handling, data entry, word processing, scanning, photocopying, and filing. Delivering professional customer service by greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing enquiries appropriately. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, data entry, and general administrative tasks. Supporting the team with general office administration, assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and maintaining an organised office environment. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and grow. A flexible all-rounder able to adapt quickly and support a variety of administrative tasks. An interest or basic knowledge in automotive products or batteries is an advantage, however training will be provided for the right candidate. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
