Service Technician - Shower Screens & Glass About the Company An opportunity is available with a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality shower screens and interior glass solutions. Due to continued growth and strong workflow, the team is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their service division, supporting residential and commercial clients across Brisbane's south side. The Role This is a mobile, hands-on role suited to an experienced installer looking to step into a more senior service-focused position. You'll be provided with a company vehicle and will be responsible for diagnosing, rectifying, and resolving on-site issues efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: Attending service and warranty call-outs across residential and commercial sites Fault finding on existing shower screen installations Shower screen pull-outs and reinstalls where required Same-day rectification of issues where possible Adjustments, repairs, and remedial works Rectifying installation issues, including errors from previous installs Conducting service-related measurements when required Providing a high level of customer service on-site About You Strong background installing shower screens is essential Experience with service, warranty, or remedial work highly regarded Confident measuring and assessing on-site issues Ideal for an installer looking to "move up" into a service role Ability to read plans and interpret job details accurately Strong customer service and problem-solving skills What's On Offer Full-time position with company vehicle provided Salary range approx. $70,000 - $80,000 , dependent on experience Stable, long-term role with variety in day-to-day work Opportunity to step away from repetitive installs into a service-focused role For more information , please contact Hannah at Marble on 0437 889 411 or email hyoul@marble.com.au .
