To be successful you will have: A genuine interest in premium dining, and passionate about working with the best produce. Ability to work in a fast paced, and hi volume kitchen, working in harmony with tthe sections and team. Excellent communication skills and proven strength in premium dining venues. Experience in hatted and/or michelin star kitchens would be highly regarded but not essential. Minimum 5-7 years experience with at least 3 years at CDP level. Drive, ambition and hunger to excel and the desire to progress both personally and professionally.
