As a Senior Ancillary Provider Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening HCF’s ancillary provider network and supporting programs like More for You. Your work will help ensure our provider partnerships are sustainable, well-supported, and delivering real value for members. This is a relationship-driven role that blends stakeholder engagement, coordination, data insight, and problem-solving. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll: Build and maintain strong relationships with ancillary providers, professional associations, and allied health networks Support the growth and ongoing success of HCF’s no-gap ancillary programs Help plan and deliver provider engagement activities such as conferences, sponsorships, events, and frontline engagement Work closely with teams across HCF to support cross-functional initiatives and improve member and provider experiences Contribute to benefit design and program improvements that support sustainable, high-quality outcomes Use data and reporting to understand performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities to improve provider and member experience Apply and promote best-practice ancillary benefits management principles Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and member-first thinking What we’re looking for You don’t need to tick every box - we’re looking for someone who brings curiosity, strong relationship skills, and a genuine interest in healthcare and member experience.
