Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks to efficiently move, store, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Operate a reach truck to move pallets of goods throughout the warehouse Load and unload products from delivery trucks Safely store products in designated warehouse locations Pick, pack, and organize orders based on customer requirements Repetitive manual handling - Up to 20kgs Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment Maintain accurate records of inventory movement in the warehouse management system Assist with general warehouse/housekeeping tasks as needed Key Requirements: Valid LF licence Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar material handling equipment up to 10 metres Strong focus on safety and adherence to health and safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required Physically fit and able to lift and carry items as required What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate shift allowances Opportunities for career growth and development A supportive and friendly team environment On-the-job training and development Temp to perm position for the right candidate As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
