The Retail & Rental team sell, fit and tune the equipment needed to take on the mountain no matter the conditions. This friendly crew are responsible for renting out ski and snowboard gear and selling high quality apparel that best suits each guest. Within the below 2 distinct roles in our team it is a requirement to provide excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. Role 1. Retail Sales Assistant Our retail team are armed with a deep knowledge of all the latest and greatest products available to improve safety and enjoyment of our guests. Selling everything a guest could possibly need for their snow adventure. From the first-time guest to return experts the retail team provide excellent customer service and the right gear to hit the slopes. Skills & Experience Experience in cash handling and point of sale. Confident in sales techniques such as upselling. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to elevate a fun atmosphere. Role 2. Rental Assistant With a passion for the snow industry and customer services our rental team are usually the guests first stop when arriving in resort. The team make sure guests have correctly fitted and well-tuned equipment for a day on the slopes. Skills & Experience Wanting to help guests have the best experience in renting snow gear.
