What will I be doing? You will be delivering Employability Skills Training and Career Transition Assistance programs to our participants including: Deliver courses in line with the requirements of the relevant contractual requirements. Deliver training in a diverse range of environments including classroom, workplace, and online. Provide tailored support and guidance to maximise every learner’s chance to build their employability skills and competencies toward successful completion of the course. Participate in and support the development of course materials. Deliver structured training sessions that are enjoyable and engaging as per our Learning Management System. Adapt the course resources, pace of delivery and style as required to ensure effective delivery. Who are you? Skills and experience we are looking for include: Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, including report writing Attention to detail, organisational and time management skills Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace and coordinate administrative requirements. Ability to establish and create networks across employment service providers High level communication skills, both oral and written Work experience within the relevant industry and job role/s Training & assessment or facilitator experience in classroom, workplace and/or online settings. Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher or demonstrated relevant experience desired not essential A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
