About the RoleIn this role you will manage and execute the brand and local marketing strategy for select EVT Hotels and Resorts whilst ensuring they align to the overall EVT Hotels & Resorts overarching strategy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Plan, develop and execute a local hotel marketing strategy for each hotel, including annual marketing calendar Implement the overarching EVT Hotels and Resorts marketing strategy across all owned and third-party channels for each hotel Protect and improve the hotel customer journey online and on property and deliver ongoing improvements to customer experience Manage and maintain content and performance across hotels’ owned and third-party websites and digital concierge and hotel compendium platform Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B EDM calendar and schedule for signature F&B outlets, where applicable Regular reporting of key hotel marketing results, insights, trends and forecasts Brand Adhere to and evolve brand standards, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all platforms Manage the execution, development and rollout of hotel assets and content across both owned and third-party channels in line with hotel brand standards Partnerships Acquire, foster and review potential hotel partnerships across all areas of the business Foster relationships with influencers and content creators, managing collaborations and deliverables to enhance brand visibility Social & Content Develop and deliver a results driven annual social media strategy per property and execute in line with the overall marketing strategy, including influencer strategies, development and execution of content calendars and supporting community engagement Support and execute hotel photography and video shoots Create and edit lo-fi video content for social media platforms to produce engaging, on-brand short form videos Loyalty and Customer Strategy Execute the EVT Hotels and Resorts loyalty strategy across campaigns and activations for hotels Maintain a customer and loyalty first approach to campaigns and customer experience Team & Operational Support Provide administrative, operational and team support for brand and marketing initiatives across the EVT Hotels & Resorts portfolio as required Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years’ experience working in brand and marketing within the hospitality and/or accommodation industry Proven ability to build and deliver annual marketing calendars, ensuring all activity aligns with local goals and wider brand strategies Demonstrated experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns using a variety of channels, working both proactively and reactively Sound analytical and commercial skills Strong understanding of organic and paid social channels and performance metrics Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills, with the ability to tell engaging stories and adapt writing styles to suit different brands and audiences Proficient in content creation and editing platforms, such as Canva, Cap Cut and Adobe Creative Suite Creative thinking with a high level of attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong project management skills with a proven ability to deliver work on time, within budget and aligned to strategy, with Monday.com experience an added advantage Strong relationship builder and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner with key internal and external stakeholders Benefits & Perks Incredible team member discounts from your first day on-the-job 50% off stays at EVT hotels – Rydges, QT, Atura, LyLo and more $2 movie tickets, plus Moonlight, Gold Class, Candy Bar discounts and more Awesome winter and summer savings and discounts at Thredbo Rapid career growth opportunities through our EVT network Local community involvement, volunteering and charitable giving Australia and NZ’s largest and most diverse experiences company Join EVT and become an experience creator, opportunity taker, the ultimate Daymaker.
