As a educator or senior educator you’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. About you You will be a Certificate III or Diploma-qualified educator with a special interest in diversity and inclusion, have an excellent understanding of inclusive early childhood practice and a willingness to share your knowledge and to grow and learn. As well as supporting the physical needs of children, you will assist in the observation and evaluation of the children’s development, creating an environment which ensures trust and security and provides flexible routines and smooth transitions.
