The role: Our Client is an Australian family-owned business that has been operating in the local area for the past 65 years. Due to their continued growth, they now require the services of an experienced Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a permanent position Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm The Role: Managing inventory, stock takes, cycle counts and raising orders as required Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations with the yard hands to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment & receivables. Supervising Yard Staff Liaising with marketing and assisting with trade shows Working with Suppliers Organising skip bins Organising car registrations and maintenance as required Deliveries and pick-ups Conduct regular toolbox talks Assist installers when and as required Organising workloads and jobs for installers Organising pick up from Suppliers Any other adhoc duties as required Ensure housekeeping standards are kept at a high level throughout the warehouse and yard Ensuring the yard is a safe working environment and optimising space utilisation Ensure quality service standards are compliant with internal and external stakeholders 95% of the role will be required on the floor vs 5% admin Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in running a warehouse MR Truck license White card Forklift License - minimum 2 years of experience Possess a manual car license Must be computer literate You will be required to work outside Excellent written and verbal skills Proficient in EXCEL and Outlook Highly organised with strong attention to detail Essential criteria: Fit and healthy and capable of lifting heavy loads Manual Drivers license MR License or willingness to obtain one White card Forklift License - minimum 2 years of experience Previous Supervisory experience MUST HAVE FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS
