About the Role Joblin Partners is partnering with Ravenswood Gold, the largest gold mine in Queensland, to appoint a HR Superintendent. With strong gold prices, renewed site leadership, and significant growth plans heading into 2026/2027, the operation is entering a pivotal phase and is seeking a practical HR Superintendent who is ready to bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and actively support change. This role sits within a strengthened onsite HR function and reports directly to a newly appointed HR Manager. The business has made a deliberate investment in HR capability, creating an opportunity for a HR Superintendent who will take initiative, help shape how HR operates on site, and develop the role as a key enabler of operational leadership. You will have an important role in coaching and mentoring the HR team while providing hands-on, practical support to frontline leaders. As HR Superintendent, you will be highly people-focused, partnering closely with operational leaders to build capability, confidence, and consistency across the workforce. You will play a central role in supporting a leader led culture while helping drive a more proactive, forward-thinking approach to people and workforce matters. This is a key HR leadership role, you will be supported by an aligned site leadership team enabling you to focus on adding value where it matters most at the frontline.
