You’ll be someone who… Encourages curiosity, resilience, and confidence in every child Engages young minds through meaningful, intentional interactions and teaching Builds strong foundations for a lifelong love of learning Skills & Strengths & Style… A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)/ Cert 3 in Early Childhood Care A current Working with Children Check . Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards . Full Australian working rights . A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation. The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community. A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference. Two professional references, including one from a current or former childcare/education manager or supervisor.
