We’re looking for a warm, confident, and inspiring Assistant Centre Manager to partner with our Centre Manager and help lead our thriving centre with care, energy, and purpose. About You As Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to: Lead with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork on a day to day basis Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills Inspire and mentor your team to cultivate excellence in early education. Maintain high standards across compliance, quality, and care Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community What You’ll Bring: You’re a people-first leader who brings both professionalism and warmth.
