We are seeking an experienced Live-in Housekeeper to support a beautifully run private residence in Manly, Sydney, with travel to a second property. Ideal candidates will have experience in private households or superyachts and feel confident overseeing the daily running of a residence with calm efficiency and attention to detail. You will be responsible for all aspects of housekeeping, laundry and organisation, as well as preparing wholesome evening meals for the principals and assisting when guests are entertained. The household already has established systems and routines in place, and the successful candidate will be comfortable following these while bringing a proactive and polished approach to their work. The position offers separate live-in accommodation and is designed as a stable, long-term role for someone seeking continuity within a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing and cooking evening meals for two principals, with assistance during dinner parties when required (does not have to be an experience chef) Full housekeeping to a high standard is a must Laundry and wardrobe care, including ironing and fabric management Receiving deliveries, welcoming guests and maintaining immaculate presentation of the home Care of outdoor terraces, BBQ area and exterior entertaining spaces (additional external staff employed) Organisation and maintenance of fridges, pantries, cupboards and storage areas Adhering to existing household systems and weekly schedules Travelling with the family to their 2nd property on occasions and performing the same duties while in residence Candidate Profile Proven experience in a similar private household, superyacht or high-end hospitality environment A confident, capable home cook able to plan and prepare balanced meals Strong knowledge of laundry, ironing and fine fabric care Discreet, self-directed and able to anticipate household needs Warm, composed and professional in manner Energetic, highly organised and detail-focused Comfortable with occasional weekend work and household guests, including children Full working rights in Australia Police Check and WWCC Excellent, verifiable references Position Details Live-in role with separate, self-contained accommodation Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work (discussed prior) and time off in lieu Based in Manly, Sydney, with occasional travel Competitive salary plus superannuation Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Job Reference: 1121924
