We are currently seeking an enthusiastic professional Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality window and door projects across Far North Queensland. The Role As our Project Coordinator, you will support day-to-day project delivery through effective planning, communication, administration, and coordination. You will: Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling, labour planning, and installation support. Manage project documentation and correspondence such as variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and EOT requests. Collaborate with architects, engineers, builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project outcomes. Review drawings, prepare take-offs, assist with drafting requirements, and support production and site preparation. Monitor project progress through reporting, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist Project Supervisors with residential & commercial projects. The Person We’re seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and confident working in a construction project environment. You will have: Experience in construction, glazing, façades, or a similar industry, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software, with basic CAD exposure an advantage. Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Holds a current driver's licence and White Card, with relevant construction-related qualifications considered an advantage. Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Carpentry, or Glass & Glazing are advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.
