THE ROLE The Warehouse Operator is hands on, energetic and productivity driven. You are accountable for delivering on set productivity targets and assisting warehouse leadership to deliver on the department promise of “deliver on time every time”. Due to internal growth, we are seeking 5x enthusiastic and motivated individuals to fill permanent full-time positions, with our Leppington Distribution Centre. We have various roles and shifts that include morning, day and afternoon shifts, and Pick Packers or Forklift Driver roles. The key accountabilities of the role include: Completion of tasks to Safe Operating Procedures and expected workplace standards Complete allocated warehouse processes with speed and accuracy to defined benchmark levels Maintaining a clean and safe workbench Communicate trends, roadblocks and issues in a timely manner to leadership Follow management directive and company policies Live our Brand Values of 'Agility, Working Together, Customer Passion, Accountability and Authenticity.'
