The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of professional services firms, with a focus on winning new to bank customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to drive sustainable business growth over time and source new clients through marketing initiatives by establishing and maintaining a quality referral network. You’ll work collaboratively with a network of specialists in areas such as wealth, financial markets, cash flow and transactional banking. What do I need? - Experienced relationship manager with strong drive, ambition, and positive energy. - Solid commercial lending background, including cashflow lending, credit analysis, and complex deal structuring. - Natural people-person with a proven track record in business development and winning new-to-bank customers. - Well-established network of referral partners, supporting ongoing portfolio growth.
