GAME Traffic & Contracting has been successfully operating in the traffic management space since 1993 , with a strong presence in Bendigo, Ballarat, Echuca, Shepparton, Wangaratta, and Wodonga. In this pivotal position, you'll be the crucial link between our Management team and our Traffic & Hire crew, providing both operational support on the ground and essential coordination in the office. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support staff on work sites Assist Management with customer enquiries and coordination Provide guidance to Traffic & Hire team members Auditing of staff, vehicles, equipment, and worksites to maintain compliance Ensure staff, documentation, and equipment are allocated to each booking, maintaining full compliance Complete accurate data entry to keep records up to date Participate in a rotating after hours on-call roster (24/7) to assist staff and customers Deliver and collect Traffic & Hire equipment What You'll Bring Current Victorian Traffic tickets (minimum CAT 2) and a Construction/White Card A current Driver's Licence Strong communication skills-professional, clear and confident Solid Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent organisational and time-management abilities A customer-focused mindset A practical, "let's get it done" attitude Proven supervisory experience in Traffic Management or Civil Construction What's In It For You?
