About the Roles As part of our hospitality and environmental services team, you'll play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Food Services Assistant duties may include: Assisting with meal preparation and plating Serving meals to residents with care and respect Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Following food safety and hygiene standards Cleaner duties may include: Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas Maintaining high infection control and hygiene standards Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely Supporting a comfortable and dignified living environment What We're Looking For Previous experience in aged care, hospitality, or cleaning (preferred but not essential) A strong work ethic and attention to detail Compassionate, respectful, and team-focused attitude Ability to follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) COVID & Flu vaccination compliance (as per aged care requirements) Why Join Careforce Group?
