THE ROLE As the Senior FP&A Analyst , you will play a key role in how we approach performance reporting, insights, and finance partnering across the business. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Owning and maintaining the Group’s budgeting and rolling forecast models, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Leading reforecast cycles and scenario analysis, incorporating inputs from operational and corporate stakeholders. Delivering clear variance analysis and performance insights, explaining key drivers and implications. Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and liquidity considerations. Supporting management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and senior leadership presentations. Partnering with the business to translate plans into financial outcomes and support decision-making. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED CA or CPA qualified with 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar roles. Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, including 3-Way modelling, scenario and sensitivity analysis. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow modelling, and management reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights. Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly regarded Confident communicator who can engage constructively with non-finance stakeholders.
