YOUR OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our energetic team in Malaga . As part of our Customer Care Excellence Team , you’ll support our growing customer base in a role where no two days are the same. While you’ll occasionally assist customers face-to-face in our trade store, most of your time will be spent managing quotes, responding to email enquiries, and handling phone calls. What You'll Do: Manage customer orders and deliver an exceptional end-to-end service experience. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in person at our trade store. Respond to enquiries, source parts, and follow up on backorder ETAs. Prepare and manage quotes while maintaining accurate information. Share product knowledge with customers, supported by full training and development. What You'll Bring: Customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment (desirable). Strong customer service skills and a genuine customer-first approach. Confidence using computers and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong self-motivation, problem-solving ability, time management, and a commitment to safe work practices.
