Our Clinic Support Team is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Clinical Support Administrator to join Clarity Health Care. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. You’ll support patients, clinicians, and the wider team while playing a key role in the smooth running of our busy mental health clinics. Service Overview Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary, responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care. Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting Clarity Health Care staff and patients Ensure the clinic is presented and maintained at a high standard Work closely with the team of administrators to complete the required tasks Answer the phones and welcome patients into the clinic Support clinicians with administration tasks Strong administration skills and attention to detail Administration support for our partner programs, including billing, data entry & reporting Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of Clarity Health Care services, including referrals, billing, and consultation fees. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and understand privacy policies Ability to deal with difficult calls and remain calm Enjoy completing tasks and are not afraid to ask the team for help Ability to work autonomously Work well in a team environment and are a good communicator About you Experience in a similar front-of-house or administration role (healthcare preferred) Excellent customer service skills with a warm, empathetic approach Strong administration skills and great attention to detail Confident working autonomously and as part of a team Able to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Comfortable adapting to change and following established procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Halaxy or other medical software (highly regarded) An understanding of mental health services and patient confidentiality If you’re organised, adaptable, and passionate about supporting mental health care, we’d love to hear from you.
