The wardsperson's primary function is to provide assistance to clinical and non-clinical areas by performing patient transfers, positioning and associated tasks related to the delivery of patient care within the limits of their skills, accreditation and knowledge base. These associated tasks will include the transfer and organization of endoscopic equipment and preparation of the procedural environment.
