About your opportunity: In this position you will Provide high level clinical and professional leadership, and work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of mental health services. Undertake personal education, professional development and professional supervision. Be accountable for the application of contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit working environment meets legislative standards and Queensland Health policy. About your role: You will identify and implement practice-based research and participate in staff education and development activities. Prepare reports and submissions as necessary and ensure that adequate and appropriate case records and statistics are kept. Participate in clinical assessments, counselling and therapy in accordance with recognised principles of discipline specific practice and in conjunction with other members of the team.
