About the role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient HR services. The position provides leadership to a multidisciplinary team encompassing payroll, HR systems, talent acquisition and workforce data functions. The Manager - Human Resource Operations drives process improvement, systems optimisation, and operational excellence. The role ensures integrity in employment data and compliance with the Parks Victoria Enterprise Agreement, industrial relations legislation, and Victorian Public Sector standards. With a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement, this role ensures that HR operations contribute to an efficient, responsive, and high-performing organisation, supporting Parks Victoria's transformation and commitment to its people. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business management or related fields is desirable In-depth knowledge of HR Operations including payroll, HR systems, talent acquisition and workforce data, combined with strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills to effectively align HR operations with business objectives Proven capacity to identify and implement operational improvements in service and project delivery Proven ability to coach, mentor, motivate, empower and influence workforce and peers to high performance and continual improvement Your application will need to include: A Current Resume A Cover Letter Application Close date : Sunday, 8 February 2026 Sound like you?
