About the Opportunity Ventora Glass is seeking a proactive and detailoriented Process Support Specialist to join our Stapylton, QLD team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how things work on the factory floor, supporting operators, improving processes, and turning technical steps into clear and practical documentation. This position is not an IT job. Instead, it is an operationsfocused role that acts as the bridge between our production team, machinery and software suppliers, and internal support functions. You will help ensure smooth daily operations by supporting process reviews, compliance activities, training documentation, and basic system troubleshooting. If you enjoy working closely with manufacturing teams and contributing to safer, more efficient processes, this role will suit you well. Key Responsibilities Support daytoday manufacturing operations by reviewing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities. Create, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training guides, and compliance documentation. Assist with process mapping, change reviews, and continuous improvement activities. Collect, analyse, and present operational data to support decisionmaking. Act as the primary link between production, machinery/software suppliers, and internal support teams. Provide basic firstlevel IT or system support (e.g., logins, printers, simple troubleshooting) and escalate when needed. Support quality and compliance initiatives, including documentation control and maintenance of certification requirements. About You Experience in manufacturing, operations support, process documentation, or a related field (1–3 years preferred). Strong interest in understanding factory processes, equipment workflows, and how people interact with systems. Skilled at writing clear, simple, and userfriendly documentation. Comfortable providing basic troubleshooting support for equipment or systems (no technical IT background required). Strong organisational, analytical, and problemsolving abilities. Confident communicator who can work with operators, supervisors, and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general document management.
