Every shift you work helps transform donated goods into meaningful support for people experiencing hardship across our community. About the Role As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Vinnies in Moruya. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, friendly, and engaging in-store experience. You’ll be hands-on in all areas of store operations including: Providing high-quality customer service, helping customers and supporters feel welcome Sorting, and receipting donations to give pre-loved items a second life Keeping the store well-presented, organised and inviting Supporting day-to-day operations and working closely with your team Previous experience in retail is desirable but not essential. What’s most important is your enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate should be available for shifts during weekdays. Successful applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check upon commencement.
