Help us turn pre-loved items into support for people experiencing hardship—every shift you work makes a difference. About the Role As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Vinnies in Braidwood. Your role is all about creating a friendly, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone who visits our store. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including: Providing high-quality customer service, helping customers and supporters feel welcome Sorting and receipting donations, giving new life to pre-loved goods Helping to keep the store tidy, organised, and inviting Supporting day-to-day operations and working closely with your team Previous experience in retail, while highly regarded, is not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a busy and rewarding retail environment. The successful candidate should be available for shifts during weekdays and weekends. Successful applicants must be willing to undertake a National Police Check upon commencement.
