As a Project Manager working within the For Life project team, you’ll play a pivotal role in uplifting the built form of our Retirement Villages . What is For Life? For Life is our new service philosophy for retirement living . Anglicare is changing the way we support residents living in Anglicare’s retirement living villages ; broadening the suite of services , conveniences and amen ities residents can access in their village communities. Your Opportunity This is a unique opportunity for a maximum term (12 months), full-time Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of refurbishment and construction projects within the For Life project across our retirement villages. Working at Anglicare sites across the Sydney basin , you’ll manage scope, programme, budget, and quality, and be at the forefront of our rebranding and transformation journey. Working closely with the Project , Asset Management and Site staff, y ou’ll coordinate consultants, contractors, negotiate and communicate with internal stakeholders, and provide clear reporting to senior leaders . You’ll assist to implement the For Life Model, uplift ing the quality of our villages, and strengthening vibrant communities where people come together. Your Priorities Will Include: Responsible for delivering the For Life refurbishment and construction projects , Apply technical expertise in architecture, structure, and building services. Source, c oordinate and drive consultants, contractors, and teams for project success. Report clearly to senior stakeholders on progress and budget. Responsible for maintaining project documentation. Engage closely with different internal stakeholders, ranging from Asset Management teams, project staff, site staff, and residents to ensure all work is conducted in a manner that respects the village as residents’ homes, and staff members’ wo rkplaces. Utilise mature negotiation and communication s kills to ensure all stakeholders are clear and aligned regarding project scope , delivery timelines and requirements Supp ort service delivery for Cornerstone and Signature Villages . What You’ll Bring You are a collaborative, strategic thinker and people leader who thrives on making an impact. You bring: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing built-form refurbishment and construction projects. Strong technical knowledge across architectural, structural, and building services disciplines. Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, programme, budget, and quality. Expertise in coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success. Experience providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders and keeping projects on track. Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change and optimise processes. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively and be present at sites as needed. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Asset Management, or a related field (PMP certification highly desirable). Why Anglicare?
