What You’ll Do: Deliver expert continence nursing and/or midwifery care across inpatient, outpatient, clinic and home settings Assess clients, develop and monitor care plans, and adjust interventions to achieve positive outcomes. Provide education, advice and clinical support to patients, carers, nurses and medical staff. Lead and support continence care within teams, acting as a clinical resource and mentor. Contribute to service improvement, education, audits, research activities and portfolio responsibilities.
