The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic People & Culture leader looking to make a meaningful impact across major Utilities projects in Western Australia! We’re seeking an experienced Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Rivervale and play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that underpins our large‑scale Utilities operations across the state. In this senior role, you’ll partner closely with operational leaders to drive organisational capability, employee engagement, workforce planning and cultural excellence. You’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of project-based environments, and the ability to influence outcomes in a dynamic and fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic partnering to senior leaders across WA Utilities projects, aligning people initiatives to business priorities and operational outcomes. Lead workforce planning and organisational development activities to ensure capability, capacity and readiness for current and future project pipelines. Drive culture, engagement and change initiatives , enabling high performance, leadership effectiveness, and a safe, inclusive workplace. Oversee complex ER/IR matters , providing expert advice and partnering with leaders to deliver fair, compliant and commercially sound outcomes. Support talent, leadership and succession programs , guiding leaders on performance, development planning, and career pathways.
