Your day-to-day will involve: Managing media bookings and schedules across multiple platforms. Uploading contracts into internal systems (AdPoint/Salesforce) and monitoring digital campaign performance. Communicating specs and deadlines to clients, ensuring creative materials are received on time. Preparing post-campaign reports, including screenshots and tearsheets, to showcase success. Acting as the bridge between sales, clients, and internal delivery teams. Who are you? This role is perfect for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives on hitting deadlines. We are looking for: Experience in media, sales, or agency environments is a major plus. You’re comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a bonus) and booking platforms. You can manage client expectations with professionalism and ease. You can juggle multiple campaign timelines without breaking a sweat. You are available for an immediate start and looking to commit to a 3-month term.
